Wind turbine grease for low temperatures
Mobil SHC Grease 102 WT synthetic wind turbine grease can protect pitch, yaw, and generator bearings from 248°F (120°C) to as low as -58°F (-50°C). While comparable high performance greases will face solidification challenges at -22°F (-30°C), Mobil SHC Grease 102 WT enables performance at even lower temperatures, which can help:

- Minimize bearing torque during low temperature startups/operation
- Resist fretting wear, rust, corrosion

Machine operation integration
CoroPlus, the umbrella name for a new platform of connected tools and software, comprises technologies that can send and/or receive data. The concept makes it possible to reduce data waste and improve manufacturing processes, from pre- to post-machining.

High-performance milling cutter
MC341 Supreme carbide shoulder/slot milling cutter for extended tool life in steel and stainless steel machining, has a WK40TZ grade coating for enhanced performance.
The cutter features capability for full slotting at 1.5x depth of cut, low spindle load due to a differential pitch, soft cutting action from optimized micro-geometry, and optimal chip evacuation. The MC341 Supreme’s cutting-at-back radius reduces transitions during shoulder milling and it can achieve a high level of process reliability due to its stable core and optimized micro-geometry.
The tool’s DIN 6535 HA tool shank has a special surface treatment for better gripping and the cutters are available in diameters from 6mm to 20mm.
